- WHEN DOES THE CONFERENCE BEGIN AND END?
The conference kicks off on Wednesday, September 24 at the Seaport Hotel (with a reception from 5:30 – 7:30 pm with hors d'oeuvres and beverages) and will end at approximately 2:00 pm on Friday, September 26.

- WHEN SHOULD CLIENTS ARRIVE?
If clients are coming from out of town they should arrive in time for the 5:30 pm reception on Wednesday, September 24. If clients are local they are more than welcome to attend the reception. If they choose not to attend the reception, they should plan to arrive at the hotel on Thursday, September 25 at 7:30 am for breakfast and registration.

- WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Business casual is encouraged. For the client appreciation dinner on Thursday evening, we suggest casual clothing and shoes. High heels are not recommended for those planning to tour the USS Constitution. A jacket is a good idea, since the autumn nights can get a bit chilly.

- WHERE IS THE THURSDAY NIGHT CLIENT DINNER?
This year's dinner will be held at the Charlestown Navy Yard overlooking Boston. An outdoor reception and tented dinner, featuring a traditional New England clam bake, will be held on the pier nestled between the USS Constitution and Cassin Young Naval Destroyer, which clients will have an opportunity to tour. Please dress casually and be prepared for the cool autumn evening. High heels are not recommended for those planning to tour the USS Constitution. Transportation to the Navy Yard will be available by land (via Boston's Old Town Trolley and the Big Dig) or by sea (via water shuttle through Boston Harbor).

- WHY IS A CREDIT CARD NECESSARY WHEN CHECKING INTO THE HOTEL?
e-Dialog will cover room charges (and applicable taxes) for two nights (Wednesday, September 24 and Thursday, September 25) for two client attendees per company. Any additional nights or incidental expenses (e.g., room service, movie rental) are the responsibility of the client and will be charged to your credit card.
