There is a reason the word “dialog” is on our name. From the very first campaign we sent over 8 years ago we have been measuring deliverability – because if the mail doesn't get delivered there is no way to have a dialog. Our Privacy/ISP Relations department advocates for our clients proactively and reactively as laws, regulations and technologies that impact this medium change. We recognize the value of empowering our clients with information about these developments and understand the importance of their impact on marketers. As a part of that process our Privacy/ISP Relations department regularly publishes POV's on relevant and impactful changes in the industry.
