Production Assistant
Creative/Production
You will work closely with other members of the Production team to support a variety of HTML e-mail and web-based marketing deliverables, from refining creative concepts through to implementation of multi-format production setups of various mailings.
This is NOT a design position, we are looking for a HTML skilled individual.

You will work closely with other members of the Production team to support a variety of HTML e-mail and web-based marketing deliverables, from refining creative concepts through to implementation of multi-format production setups of various mailings.

Responsibilities:
editing HTML to implementing changes to design
concepts and templated designs
concepts and templated designs
preparing e-mailings using e-Dialog's proprietary tools
providing QA support: checking links, proofreading
mailings and concepts
mailings and concepts
supporting other production efforts as needed
The ideal candidate will possess solid HTML production techniques for clean and efficient file deployment, and a good understanding of Photoshop and DreamWeaver. The ability to troubleshoot and pro-actively solve problems is vital.
The successful candidates will manage the efficiencies around standard production engagements, job scheduling & queues, maintain ongoing production documentation, and complete process checklists and procedures to meet deadlines
on-time/on-budget/on-target.
Skills:
A recent degree in IT, digital media production, multimedia or a related discipline (candidates without a relevant degree WILL NOT be considered)
A good understanding of HTML, familiarity with DreamWeaver and Photoshop
Technical aptitude - desire to learn additional bespoke tools
Knowledge of relational databases and formatting HTML for email campaigns is a plus
A very strong attention to detail and a general understanding of design principles
An ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
Strong written and verbal communication skillsDedication to deliver the highest quality and timely e-deliverable solutions for our clients
