e-Dialog Appoints Two New Board Members
Peter Derow and Raymond Butkus Join e-Dialog Board of Directors

LEXINGTON, Mass., and LONDON, March 29, 2006 – e-Dialog, the proven provider of precision e-marketing solutions, today announced that Peter A. Derow and Raymond T. Butkus have been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Both executives have deep expertise in direct marketing and e-marketing, as well as extensive business leadership experience, that e-Dialog will draw on to guide the company through its continued growth and global expansion.

With thirty-five years of experience in the publishing industry, Peter Derow has an extensive background in building and managing several leading media companies. Mr. Derow has served as president and CEO of Institutional Investor, Inc., chairman and president of Newsweek, director of The Washington Post Company, president of CBS Publishing Group and senior vice president and director of CBS, Inc. He currently serves as a director of CACI International, Inc., GlobalSpec, Inc., 101 Communications, LLC., Money Media, The Motley Fool and Publishers Clearing House, and is on the advisory board of the Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc.

A seasoned general management professional, Raymond Butkus has extensive sales and marketing expertise in both consumer and business markets. Among Mr. Butkus' accomplishments is serving as president of the Donnelley Group, an infoUSA company, leading seven companies that fulfill the direct marketing and e-marketing needs of the Fortune 1000 with solutions for both online and offline promotions, acquisition and retention marketing. In addition, Mr. Butkus has served as president and COO of Naviant Marketing Solutions, Inc., vice president and general manager of IntelliQuest Information Group, president and COO of GEN Logistics Systems, Inc., and has held senior sales and marketing management positions within AT&T Corporation. Mr. Butkus is also co-author of the book, "Motivation, Beliefs and Organization Transformation."
