Christian Wright
Chief Technology Officer
Christian Wright is Chief Technology Officer for e-Dialog, having joined the company in May 2011.
Christian’s role focuses on managing the overall direction of e-Dialog’s global function and the development of next-generation multichannel solutions for clients.
Prior to working at e-Dialog, Christian held the role of chief solutions officer at Alterian, where he worked as and led the design and development of SaaS oriented solutions. Before working with Alterian, Christian’s experience included leading Merkle to the top of the Forrester Wave Technology Rankings for Marketing Service Providers in his role as Chief Technology Officer, SVP Enterprise Technology Group. Christian was also responsible for technological innovation at the group, helping it grow from $50million to more than $200million in five years. Christian was a member of the DMA Marketing Technology Council from 2008-2010.
Christian holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
Luke Griffiths
General Manager, e-Dialog EMEA
Luke Griffiths is the General Manager EMEA for e-Dialog, having joined the company in 2008.
As the General Manager in Europe, Luke is responsible for the strategic growth of e-Dialog, new business development and service delivery to clients in the UK and across Europe.
Luke has played a key role in the growth of the business serving previously as vice president of European Client Services at e-Dialog with responsibility for expanding the organization’s client portfolio and leading strategic e-mail and CRM programmes for clients, including British Airways, Dell, Skype, Philips and Sony PlayStation.
Prior to joining e-Dialog, Luke held the positions of Head of eCommerce at RCI Europe and European Marketing Director at Wyndham Worldwide/Group RCI, the world’s largest holiday property rental and exchange services provider, where his responsibilities included pan-EMEA marketing communications, CRM and e-commerce strategy for consumer and B2B segments.
Luke is a member of the DMA E-mail Marketing Council client hub and has a BA from the University of Manchester.
Darren Fifield
General Manager, e-Dialog Asia Pacific
Darren Fifield is General Manager in Asia Pacific for e-Dialog, having joined the company in March 2010.
As General Manager, Darren oversees the sales and client services operations including consulting and functional delivery teams for clients managed in the Asia-Pacific region helping to deliver highly-targeted and successful email marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining e-Dialog, Darren was Vice president of Strategic Sales and Client Development at Kelly Services Asia-Pacific, where he built up sales throughout the Asia-Pacific region across targeted prospects, competitive clients and key clients from other global regions.
An industry veteran, Darren has over 20 years experience managing the needs of culturally-diverse teams and clients. He has proven track-record of improving the bottom-line of businesses, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
John Doub
Vice President of Client Service, e-Dialog Americas
John Doub is Vice President of Client Service, Americas, for e-Dialog. John oversees the delivery of e-Dialog services for e-Dialog’s clients, leading teams of dedicated Client Service Directors and Managers across each of e-Dialog’s functional account groups.
Since John joined e-Dialog in May, 2000, he has focused on building teams dedicated to delivering e-Dialog’s blend of superior Client, Technical and Strategic services. As an Account Director, John led e-Dialog’s ASP (Application Service Provider) account practice, providing support for clients utilizing e-Dialog’s tools in a self-service capacity.
As Vice President of Technical Services, John organized a department of client-facing technical resources, leading Business System Analysts, Database Programmers, and Software Engineers in the design and deployment of Web-based applications, which enables marketers to harness complex customer data in customized, results-driven e-mail programs.
Prior to e-Dialog, John worked as an IT and Online Marketing Manager for Niro Soavi, S.p.A., in Parma, Italy, building the company’s networking infrastructure and website, as well as database applications for the testing of industrial homogenizers.
John holds a Bachelors of Arts from Dartmouth College.
Matthew Perkins
VP Sales and Account Development, EMEA
Matthew Perkins is the Vice President Sales and Account Development for e-Dialog. Matthew is responsible for driving forward e-Dialog’s existing client relationships, as well as new business development.
Having joined the company in 2008, Matthew was for three years Vice President Technical Services, leading the teams responsible for the design, build, maintenance and optimisation of all technical solutions that support e-Dialog’s European clients. During this time, Matthew oversaw the growth of e-Dialog’s technical teams in London from almost nothing to over 30 people.
Prior to joining e-Dialog, Matthew was Global Director of Research Technology at Lightspeed Research, a digital market research agency within the WPP group. The company specialises in online panels and consumer research. Matthew led the Research Technology group globally with teams in London, Sofia, Sydney and New Jersey. Before Lightspeed, Matthew worked in technical roles at a number of organisations including Datamonitor, GfK Marketing Services, OzEmail and the Sydney Olympics.
