Simone BarrattManaging Director GSI Global Marketing Services International, including e-Dialog International Simone Barratt is Managing Director GSI Global Marketing Services International, including e-Dialog International and a recognised thought-leader in digital direct marketing. Simone launched e-Dialog in London in 2001 and from the lows of the dot-com bust has grown the International business to be recognised consistently by industry analysts as a leading ESP and provider of strategic consulting and technology solutions. e-Dialog’s international clients include British Airways, Dell, RCI, Boots, Skype, Net a Porter, Confused.com and Philips.
With over 25 years in digital direct marketing, Simone provides senior consultancy to many of e-Dialog’s international clients. She also sits on the DMA Email Marketing Council and is a regular contributor to the EMC’s Benchmarking Reports. She has represented the e-mail marketing industry on behalf of the DMA in Brussels, presenting proposals that contributed to the formulation of the latest EU legislation.

As e-Dialog’s Chief Technology Officer, Christian is responsible for the overall direction and execution of e-Dialog’s global technology functions, with a focus on developing the next-generation multichannel solutions for e-Dialog’s clients. Christian is a natural leader with the ability to align and motivate resources to achieve corporate objectives and will work to deliver an integrated and comprehensive set of interactive marketing solutions that drive cross-channel customer acquisition, conversion and loyalty.
Christian joins e-Dialog from Alterian, a respected provider of cross-channel customer engagement software, where he served as chief solutions officer, leading the design and development of SaaS oriented solutions. Prior to Alterian Christian was Chief Technology Officer, SVP Enterprise Technology Group for Merkle. Christian led Merkle to receive the number one Technology Ranking in the Forrester Wave: Marketing Service Providers and led technical innovation and solution design in the organization as it grew from $50 million to more than $200 million in five years.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a DMA Marketing Technology Council Member from 2008-2010.
