John brings to e-Dialog a wealth of experience and tireless enthusiasm in e-mail technologies, direct response marketing, and leadership of business growth. He is a proven expert in the e-mail industry from building an e-mail technology company starting in 1989, and in 1992 as a founder and first president of a consortium of 23 e-mail vendors focusing on technology standards, education, and marketing issues. He is an innovator in the world of database-driven direct marketing both offline and online, is frequently quoted in the press, and is a speaker at major industry events.

With an MIT engineering degree, an MBA, and leadership experience from six years serving as an officer in the US Navy, John has had an exciting career of over 17 years as an entrepreneur building three successful start-ups each one with e-mail technology as a fundamental asset. He is also an active fund-raiser for cancer research, sits on the Museum Council for Boston's Museum of Science, and is on the Board of Directors for NextMark, Inc. [+ go back]
