They ensure that every e-mail we send is accurately targeted, and that all responses are handled efficiently and quickly. This team consistently provides our clients with superior customer service.
Engineering
Our highly skilled and experienced Engineers develop state-of-the-art systems that enable us to create sophisticated and innovative e-mail marketing campaigns. They interact closely with Client Services to ensure we exceed our customer's expectations of accurate, timely, top-quality e-mail marketing campaigns.
Strategy & Analytics
Our Analytics team is part of e-Dialog’s efforts to build knowledge through marketing science to enable continuous improvement in the programs e-Dialog designs, develops and refines for our clients. The team supports the entire program development process by providing insights and recommendations based on research and analysis of the entire marketing experience – from the definition of a customer or prospect, to behavioral segmentation, to optimization of marketing activities over time.
Creative Services
Our Creative Services team develops and implements compelling ideas for our customers' e-mail marketing campaigns as well as our own corporate creative needs. They partner with the Professional Services and Engineering teams to fulfill customers' business needs in the area of creative HTML and flash web design, writing, editing, plus a variety of other online design mediums and strategies.
Centralized Production
The Central Production capability focuses on the production and deployment of all e-mail campaigns. Working closely with the Professional Services team and the Creative team, our group ensures the high quality
e-mail is delivered. It’s here in central production where team members leverage our campaign management system, complete the e-mail set up and final execution of simple static emails to the most complex custom published mailings.
Sales
Our Sales group matches e-Dialog's direct response capabilities to each prospect's needs. Prospects are ensured a comprehensive demo of all e-Dialog tools by this group, who will also coordinate meetings with executive, engineers, and account teams to ensure a prospect has a complete view of e-Dialog’s people and technology. This group is focused on finding the right solution to meet each prospect’s needs.
Marketing
This dynamic team works very closely with Sales to brand e-Dialog's image in the market place, generate leads, and capitalize on public relations opportunities.
Response Management
Our Response Management team review inbound replies to the client's email, managing customer questions, data information updates and system notifications. Responses can be forwarded to the client, database updates processed and confirmations sent back to the customer based on the client's specifications. This reduces our clients' customer service workload and ensures data integrity.
General & Administration
This high-energy group supports all of e-Dialog's departments. They work closely with everyone in the organization to keep our business going smoothly.
