With more than 16 years of sales and marketing experience, John is an accomplished business development leader. Prior to joining e-Dialog, John served as Senior Vice President of Sales at BeNOW and Vice President of Corporate Development for Genesys Conferencing, where he managed Internet channels, digital relationships, alliances and strategic partnerships. John has extensive database marketing experience including senior national sales and marketing leadership roles with Hill Holliday Advertising, Epsilon and GE Capital. John started his career with American Express serving in sales management and national account management positions. John graduated from St. Anselm College with a BA in Politics/International Relations and attended Advanced Management Studies at Harvard University and the Executive MBA program at the University of Notre Dame.
