Due to rapid UK expansion, our Professional Services Team is looking for Producer to work with leading organisations such as Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Airways, Boots, HP and Dell to achieve strong business results through e-mail marketing.
Our Professional Services Team work directly with our clients and who also liaise internally with our Creative, Production, Analytics and Engineering Teams on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities will include:
- Marketing and Communication:
- Act as the primary day to day contact for assigned projects. Effectively communicate requirements to clients, technical, creative and other account staff.
- Assist clients with marketing strategy, best practice and strategic implications of their campaigns
- Generate a wealth of experience in brand knowledge, and be able to demonstrate this to share ideas during project scoping exercises and client meetings.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with other Account Team members to effectively manage all assigned projects, maintaining levels of quality and timeliness.
- Develop schedule for development, approval and proofing of assigned projects and provide that schedule to the client.
- Report and advise the Account Team on project progress, identifying in advance any potential issues and recommended solutions.
- Manage relevant project status meetings. Document meetings as required, distributing notes to client and e-Dialog Account Team.
- New project identification, recognizing opportunities with clients and initiating kick-off.
- Undertake Final QA on assigned projects.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree qualified, preferably with marketing, communications, research or project management qualifications.
- 1-3 years experience in an an agency, email and/or direct marketing environment.
- Project management experience with a good understanding of results driven marketing.
- Multi-tasker with excellent prioritization and task management skills
- MUST be a strong team player and an expert communicator
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.
- Exhibits an excitement about the present and future of ecommerce
- Proactive and inquisitive nature.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work on multiple projects concurrently
