e-Dialog is a high-growth email marketing agency looking for a Production Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee a team of developers, and campaign and production coordinators. You are an ace project manager and must have team leadership experience. Specifically you can juggle priorities, allocate resources, plan projects, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be a mentor and guide to your team.
Responsibilities will include:
Our associates work closely with other members of the production team to produce permission-based emails for our clients. Specific duties include:
- Lead a growing production team, helping them prioritise and balance workloads
- Serve as a mentor and guide to your team
- Manage production projects so that they are on-time, on-budget
- Allocate and shift resources as needed
- Work closely with account teams to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Serve as an escalation point
- Identify process efficiencies for client accounts and help implement them
- Manage teams of developers and coordinators
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship experience
- Excellent coordination and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills, particularly in a production-oriented agency or technical environment
- Ability to lead training sessions
- Understanding of email or database marketing is highly desirable
