As a member of an e-Dialog account team, you will work with leading corporations to help them achieve strong business results through e-mail marketing.
e-Dialog is an international provider of precision e-mail marketing services and technologies. Due to rapid UK expansion, our Professional Services Team is looking for Project Manager to work with leading organisations such as Tesco, FilmFour and Reuters to achieve strong business results through e-mail marketing.
Our Professional Services Team is the key group who work directly with our clients and who also liaise internally with our Creative, Production, Analytics and Engineering Teams on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities will include:
- Project Management. Work closely with other Account Team members to effectively manage all assigned projects, maintaining levels of quality and timeliness.
- You will be the primary day to day contact for assigned projects, meaning clients, technical, creative and other account staff will rely on you.
- Develop schedule for development, approval and proofing of assigned projects and provide that schedule to the client.
- Report and advise the Account Team on project progress, identifying in advance any potential issues and recommended solutions.
- Manage relevant project status meetings. Document meetings as required, distributing notes to client and e-Dialog Account Team.
- Effectively communicate requirements to data, engineering, analysts, creative and production specialists.
- Initiate project kick-off on new mailings.
- Undertake final QA on assigned projects.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree qualified, preferably with marketing, communications, research or project management qualifications.
- 1-3 years experience in an online marketing or project management environment.
- Agency, email and/or direct marketing experience a plus.
- Understands results driven marketing.
- Team player a “must”.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.
- Highly effective at task management.
- Exhibits an excitement about the present and future of ecommerce
- Proactive and inquisitive nature.
- An expert communicator.
