Program Manager Professional Services - Lexington, MA

• Being the primary contact with clients’ marketing program and technical production staff
• Communicating client needs to internal e-Dialog production and technical staff, and coordinating client approvals on all projects.
• Interfacing with e-Dialog marketing technology to ensure clients are set-up properly and utilizing it correctly
• Managing the high-quality preparation and timely delivery of all client projects, including web application, engineering, analytics and creative
• Working closely with other account team members in all client marketing strategy initiatives, from both a thinking and administrative perspective
• Preparing analyses of client campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Assisting Account Manager with billing, budgeting, and forecasting

• 2-4 years of full-time work experience in an Internet and/or marketing-related field
• Strong technology acumen and interest
• Demonstrated interest in marketing as a career
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills -- excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle several simultaneous projects
• Solid quantitative/analytical skills
• High personal quality expectations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
• Willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done
• Potential to take on higher-level strategic roles in the future
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• A strong academic background (minimum of a bachelor’s degree)
