Job Description
Supervise teams of Campaign Associates to ensure flawless production and execution of e-mail campaigns.


Responsibilities:


Supervise an assigned team of Campaign Associates who are responsible for deploying e-mail campaigns for multiple clients
Be accountable for the daily e-mail production of assigned
Campaign Associates
Have a full understanding of the internal tools used in production deployment, and be able to step in and deploy e-mail campaigns in the event of a Campaign Associate’s absence
Advise and assist Campaign Associates with e-mail campaign scheduling, mailing issues, policies, procedures, and e-mail campaign expectations
Manage, train, and coach teams of Campaign Associates on e-Dialog tools and best practices
Assist Production Manager in bringing new Campaign Associates onboard and enforcing adherence to training programs
Interface with all departments on a production level to ensure workflow efficiency
Work very closely with Account Service Teams to ensure account and client expectations are being met on a production level
Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Publicly present ideas, share information, and foster dialogue that furthers the learning and growth of knowledge within the department and company
Write and conduct bi-yearly reviews for assigned team of
Campaign Associates
Be accountable for assigned Campaign Associates’ issue resolution and escalate to Production Manager when necessary
Be accountable, through guiding and managing assigned Campaign Associates, on new business launches
Ensure flawless execution of e-mail production campaigns. Gather assets for campaign builds, develop and maintain scheduling expectations, and leverage proprietary tools and databases to set up e-mail campaigns
Work with developers to ensure proper rules are established in e-mail campaigns
Perform simple code changes within campaigns depending on their complexity
Coordinate proof rounds and approvals with client

Experience:


BS/BA degree
1-3 years of supervisory experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Experience working with e-mail campaigns
Basic database marketing skills
Familiarity with HTML
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to successfully engage and influence workflow production across a geographically-dispersed organization
Ability to work well with clients and communicate effectively across all departments (Creative, Engineering, Account Services, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under
extreme time constraints.
Ability to work independently and as a member and
manager of a team
