Job Description:
e-Dialog UK is looking for an ambitious, energetic individual who can manage projects and multi-task with ease. This role is similar to an account executive role.



Position Details:


Coordinate and facilitate e-mail production


Set up e-mail campaigns


Develop, maintain, and manage mailing schedules


Perform QA duties


Coordinate proof reviews and any necessary changes


Manage projects related to email campaigns and prepare status reports


Foster client relationship on production level



Position Experience:


BA/BS with strong academic track record


1-2 years of related full-time work experience


Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and
organizational skills.



Exceptional project management skills, including: strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management tools



HTML experience required


Ability to work in a team environment


High level problem solving skills with a proactive approach


Strong attention to detail


Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), HTML is a bonus.


Ability to multi-task


Interest in and demonstrated aptitude for learning tech tools


Able to work both independently and as part of a growing team


Aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with clients
and team members



Hard working, possess an exceptional work ethic with the ability to get things done in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment



Versatile and able to multi-task effortlessly


Strong written and oral communication skills
