Position Details:
Understand the client environment, key business drivers, and how to make them successful
Maintains and grows appropriate, strong mid level client relationships
Effectively cultivates client relationship that allows e-Dialog to become
an integral “partner” in their business (ensure clients talk to us about their business)
Manages client expectations effectively, pushing back when necessary
Anticipates client needs and proactively provides solutions
Solicits client feedback regarding e-Dialog team performance
Provide value and serve as a marketing partner

Reviews work of Program Managers to ensure quality and timeliness and to ensure
that it meets client expectations and is aligned with client/program objectives
Is able to effectively, precisely, and persuasively communicate both with
the client and the internal team, both through written materials and through leading and facilitating meetings/sessions
Provide training to team members to develop
skills and facilitate growth

Develop strong internal relationships across functional groups
(lead internal team of creative, data, engineering, RMA and other account management staff in support of client deliverables)
Supports all clients in overall book of business,
including clients led by AD or PM

Position Experience:
BA/BS Degree; MBA preferred
1-2 yrs successful experience as an e-Dialog Senior Program Manager; OR 7+ years direct marketing or account management experience, preferably in an agency or client focused (consulting, sales) environment, with a strong track record of successful high-growth accounts
Knowledge of current technology interfaces and technical writing capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, computer, project management and quantitative/analytical skills
Ability to negotiate projects and revenue
Must be able to deal at a high level within the clients' organizations
